5. Promotions and Benefits

Promotional campaigns, discount coupons, and shipping benefits offered by Verto Deco follow specific application rules:

Non-Cumulation: The benefits granted on the website (PIX payment discount, free shipping, and discount coupons) are not cumulative. At the time of checkout, only one benefit/discount will be applied and validated. The priority for applying benefits, given the non-cumulation policy, follows this order:

1. Promotional price
2. Discount coupon
3. Free shipping
4. Payment methods

PIX Discount: Purchases where the selected and completed payment method is PIX will be entitled to a 5% discount on the value of the products.

First Purchase Coupon: Newly registered users may use the coupon PRIMEIRA5 to obtain a 5% discount on their first purchase on the site.

Free Shipping Policy: The free shipping benefit is automatically activated based on the final cart value and the delivery region:

• Purchases over R$ 1,000.00 for the NORTHEAST REGION.
• Purchases over R$ 1,250.00 for other regions of Brazil.

6. Return and Exchange Policy

Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with the Consumer Defense Code, when purchasing a product, the customer has the right to withdraw and return it within seven days from the date of receipt. No justification is required for the return. Full reimbursement of the amounts paid will be made via the same payment method chosen during the purchase process:

• For purchases paid via credit card, the card issuer will be notified and the reversal will occur on the next or subsequent statement, depending on the card issuer's processing time.
• For purchases paid via deposit/transfer, the reimbursement will be made through a bank deposit into the customer's preferred account.
• For purchases paid via PIX, the reimbursement is also made via PIX to the customer's preferred bank account.

Exchanges: To perform an exchange, the customer must provide a plausible justification. Verto Deco will be responsible for providing a new piece or adjusting the original piece, depending on the reason for the exchange and the customer's preference, within 30 days. Exchange requests must be made exclusively via WhatsApp: (84) 99219 1830. In case of a defect or incorrect product, a photo must be attached. Once the exchange is authorized internally, the customer will receive a reverse postage code via WhatsApp. With this number, they should go to the nearest post office with the product packaged. It is important that the exchange piece is well-protected and secured.

Post-Return/Exchange Process: After the piece is returned, we will proceed with an evaluation of the product's condition, ensuring there was no use or alterations. Upon approval:

• For exchanges: the customer will receive a new piece that will be manufactured and delivered within the same timeframe as the original purchase.
• For returns: the reimbursement of the amounts paid will be made via the same payment method chosen during the purchase process. Customers who paid via PIX will have their money returned within 7 calendar days; customers who paid via credit card will see their reversal on the next statement, depending on the date the return was requested and the customer's statement closing date.
